Last night, at the 2007 SMAR Awards Banquet, was another great night for several of our fellow agents here at Home Towne Real Estate! The Hubcaps were great, Home Towne Real Estate had more people there than any other single office, Karen Towne and Linda Beam showed their moves on the dance floor, Alison Tillett from Beltway, Karen Towne, Dave and Deb Spigler all sported sockhop-era costumes, and Tina Patriarca from our Owings office even came in second in the Hula Hoop contest! :) Please join me in congratulating the following award winners, and here's to an even better 2008!
Individual Sales Performance: Cyndi Krolczyk, Scarlett Mower, Stephanie Slice-Glaubitz
Team Sales Performance: The Spigler Team (Dave Spigler, Cindy Joy)
... the only award not known ahead of time are the Rookies of the Year, one given to each of the three counties in the Southern Maryland region, and our very own Stephanie Slice-Glaubitz captured the Rookie of the Year for Calvert County 2007...congrats Stephanie!

Pictures with Santa
Our 3rd Annual FREE Picture Day with Santa will be held December 8th from 11am until 3pm at our Owings office. Please come join us for this great event, as our photographer captures the kids with Santa Claus! Everyone walks away with a goodie, and a free 4x6 picture, and the opportunity to order any additional prints at COST! Bring friends, clients, the family, the neighbords, pets, and anyone else for a great time! RSVPs appreciated at 410-286-9632.
Food Drive
Once again, Home Towne Real Estate will be holding our annual Food Drive in Calvert County, to benefit our friends at the Calvert Food Pantry. This is our 6th year holding our food drive in the first week of December, and thanks to our very generous friends, clients, and neighbors within the local community we have been able to collect more and more food each year -- over 4,000 lbs last year alone! We'll be delivering fliers and bags to local neighborhoods the week of December 3rd through the 7th -- if we are unable to make your neighborhood, please feel free to contact any of our offices if you'd like to make a donation of non-perishable canned foods/products.
